The Cocopah are descendants of the Yuma-speaking people who made their home along the Lower Colorado River. The Cocopah Museum was constructed in 1996 and features examples of traditional clothing, modern day beadwork, pottery and a warriors' display. Life size dioramas give visitors a glimpse into traditional Cocopah villages.

The museum also has a small gift shop with arts and crafts. Hour are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free but donations are accepted.
